Tracking progress between assessments

1 min read

Once work starts on improving maturity, you can use the platform to keep track of progress using your completed assessment as a baseline.

The first step is to create a work-in-progress assessment from your baseline. To do this, navigate to your completed assessment from the Assess page, and then open the assessment menu (three vertical dots at the top right of the page), and choose Create work-in-progress copy. Provide a name for the assessment that reflects that it will become the next assessment but is currently a work-in-progress.

Back on the Assess page you will now have your work-in-progress copy. When you view this, it will initially show all knowledge areas are back in the START tab. However, when you click start on any of the knowledge areas you will see that all the answers from the baseline have been brought forward. However, comments and reminders are not copied forward.

You can now use this assessment to update answers as things change, progressively recording the completion of actions in your plan.

When you are ready to complete a reassessment, the knowledge areas can be marked as completed, and then – when you are ready – the assessment can be marked as completed, and a new set of results and insights is available.
