First time you log into the platform, there are a few things you need to do:
- If your tenant is using a business account, then someone from your IT team might need to login first and given their consent. You will know this as soon as you try to login, so give it a try and see! If you need more information for your IT colleagues, see Authentication.
- When you first login, you will need to accept the license agreement. Please take a moment to read through this, as it contains important information about your use of the platform.
- You will also be asked to complete your profile. This is important so that other people from your organization recognize you when your name is associated with assessments, answers, or actions, and also so that the analysis of assessments is as useful as possible in providing you insights.
- You will be assigned to the default role for your tenant. This is usually Assessment Administrator, and this will allow you to get right on and start creating assessments. See Roles and permissions for more information about roles.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Dashboard. If you are the first person to login to your tenant, there won’t be much to see yet, but you will have a CREATE button so that you can start with your first assessment. However, we recommend taking a look at the assessment Lifecycle first, or exploring the documentation further.
